Bargain Shopping. This is a skill I have to develop as I become a parent. Here is one of my first attempts! These were all over 60% off at the Mervyn's going-out-of-business sale. I thought I scored pretty good!

Happy Veteran's Day

A big thank you goes out today to the men and women who have fought to keep our country safe and free - a place where we can worship as we choose, and enjoy freedom and liberty. Especially thank you to all my Grandpas (including Grandpas-in-law) who have served. I love these men!

We're back! We spent a fabulous 6 days 5 nights on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii. This was our treat to ourselves that we have been planning since our honeymoon. It ended up being a "babymoon" trip.

Here is a teaser of what's to come. It may take me a while to get our whole trip documented. For now, I'm going to bed. We landed at 5:00 am, and I've only had a short nap since then.
